Fall 2019 U9-U15 Registration now open
Registration is open for Fall 2019 U9-U15 Soccer teams!
The registration must be completed and PAID by June 16th. Late registrations will only be considered where space is available and will be subject to a $45 late fee. We anticipate that several age groups may be full at the close of regular registration, so please be sure to register in time. To register, go to www.westonsoccer.com and click on “register online” on the left side of the page.
This registration is for players currently in Grades 2 through 7 with birth dates in the years 2005-2011 and players currently in 1st grade with birth dates in 2011. Players currently in 1st grade with birth dates in 2012 should NOT register for this program -- they should register for Junior Academy (registration opening in mid-June).
Interested players who are born in 2010 or earlier and not currently on a U9-U15 team are encouraged to attend a practice for their current age group during the week of June 3rd, but they MUST register before attending. Please e-mail Sam Leuzzi
to arrange a practice time. Players born in 2011 do not need to attend a practice.
The Fall 2019 season is expected to begin the last week in August. Details of the practice schedule will be sent closer to the beginning of the season.

*Why do we run registration for the fall now?
Our members sometimes ask us why we run registration for Fall Travel programs a few months in advance of the season. There are a number of factors that influence our decision to complete registration now. First, we need to have solid registration numbers as soon as possible so that we can understand our coaching needs and allow our professional coaching organizations ample time to find quality coaches for our programs. Significant lead time is required, especially when handling immigration issues. Second, our non-profit club incurs significant costs in order to provide our children the opportunity to play soccer. Many of these costs, such as equipment, maintenance, and insurance, are incurred well in advance of the season. Other clubs in our area require a two-season commitment from their Travel players and require registration for both fall and spring seasons at this time. We have not done this, and allow our players to play only one season if they so choose. Allowing this flexibility, however, requires that we complete our registration programs in a timely manner.
TheWeston Memorial Day Parade is on Monday (May 27) and all Weston Soccer Club players have been invited to march!
We need 1-2 parent volunteers to help make this happen! Please email Derek Hutchinson at firstname.lastname@example.org if you can help out!
All kids must assemble in the parking lot across from Weston High School. There will be a sign or placard for “Weston Soccer” and that is where the kids should assemble.
The parade will start at the Weston High School and finish at the Weston Town Hall.
Please note that the Weston Soccer Club will not be supervising any children before, during or after the parade and whether to march with your child or drop off and pick up at the Town Hall is your decision.
Candy for throwing will be provided to the first 50 players to show-up.
All kids must be in the parking lot NO LATER THAN 10AM. That is an absolute deadline since the roads will be closed at that time and kids may be turned away if they arrive past 10am. With traffic and everything else, we suggest you shoot for a 9:45am arrival time just in case of any unexpected delays.
The parade will start promptly at 10:45am. This means your kids will be standing around for at least 45 minutes so please plan accordingly….
All Tots, Pre-K Kindergarten and Junior Academy players should wear the yellow side of the reversible jersey
All U9 and older players should wear their Blue Travel jersey. We understand that our Middle School Band participants cannot march for soccer as marching for the band is part of your grade. Good luck, play great.
Thanks for registering your kids for the Spring Travel season! We currently expect to have two weeks of preseason practice starting the week of March 18th, with regular outdoor practices starting the week of April 1st. Preseason details will be provided shortly. Please see below for your teams' practice schedule.
